River Preschool Dover Committee

A voluntary parent committee manages River Pre-school Playgroup. They are elected annually at the Annual General meeting, which is held each September.

The committee is responsible for ensuring the school runs within the guide lines set out by Ofsted and to ensure that all monies are spent correctly. We are a non- profit making organisation and all monies raised at fund raising events are spent solely on new equipment and toys.

All committee members are police checked. At present we have ten committee members, all parents of children at, or recently at River Preschool Playgroup. Grandparents and other family members are encouraged to come along to the meetings and join the committee.
